This Privacy Policy explains what information Yayster, LLC (“Yayster,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website and our related tools, and how we use it. We keep it plain-language on purpose.
Who we are
Yayster, LLC is a small media company. This site is our public brand hub, covering Stoic philosophy, Sumerian history, and Tesla & future tech. Our YouTube channel is @yaysterllc. You can reach us any time at davidkayal@gmail.com.
YouTube uploader (Google / YouTube data)
We operate a private, lab-side desktop application that uses the YouTube Data API v3 (scopes youtube.upload and youtube) so that Yayster can upload and manage videos on our own @yaysterllc YouTube channel. This tool is used by us to manage our own channel — it is not a product offered to the public.
- OAuth tokens are stored only on the lab host that runs the uploader. They are not shared with third parties.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide this functionality or as required by law.
- Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account → Third-party apps & services.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Newsletter & email
If you enter your email address in a signup form on this site, we store that email address so we can send you occasional updates. We use a third-party email delivery provider to manage the list and send messages. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing davidkayal@gmail.com. We do not sell your email address.
Analytics & cookies
This is a mostly static informational site. We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use tracking to build advertising profiles of you.
No sale of personal data
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers needed to operate this site and our tools (for example, our hosting and email providers), or where required by law.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time.
- Revoke the YouTube uploader’s Google access from your Google Account.
- Ask us what we hold about you, or to delete it, by emailing davidkayal@gmail.com.
